**Responsibilities**
– Review and answer Cyber Security and Data Privacy inquiries from customers supported by the CTO;
– List, track, reply and generate reports on new internal support issues/questions;
– Maintain a high-level internal knowledge base to answer support issues/questions;
– Plan, review, and distribute software ecosystem licenses distribution;
– Plan, support and manage hardware/devices review and purchase for collaborators worldwide.
– Plan and execute security patches and regular updates for teams distributed worldwide.
**Requirements**:
– Extensive knowledge of Windows OS software;
– Solid background on supporting systems and software and tracking issues;
– Solid background in Google Workspace (formerly Google Suite)
– Strong communication skills;
– Good time management skills;

– Nice to have:
– Knowledge on any of these softwares: Salesforce, Travefy, Conga, Slack.
– Knowledge about GDPR.
