Nature of Job Full Time Permanent
Work Location Remote with occasional visits to office (once in 3 months for important meetings, get together or trainings)
Work Timing 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM
Work Days – 5 Days working (Saturday and Sunday Off)
Salary Range As per the market standard.
Ideal Candidate : Person with minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment function, based in Pune and is currently not working. Please note that we do not hire people who are already employed with any other firm at this moment.
Job Description
The work will involve understanding the manpower requirement of the client company.
Sourcing quality and sufficient CVs from various relevant sources like Job Portals, Resume Database, LinkedIn & Other Social Media Platforms, References etc.
Sorting of the applications, preliminary screening of the shortlisted candidates, submission of resumes to the client, follow-up with clients for feedback, and coordination of interviews.
Closely work with clients to understand their challenges and work with them to address them.
Supporting candidates in exploring suitable job opportunities within our clientele and helping them get the best possible job opportunity.
Work closely with your colleagues to expand your learning and collaboration.
Follow the defined standards of work, process and values to percolate a positive work culture.
Commit towards to the purpose and goal of the organization.
Job Specification
The candidate must have an excellent academic background.
The candidate must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
The candidate must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets, Email Management etc. The speed of typing, knowledge of keyboard shortcuts etc. will help.
The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and maturity to deal with candidates, clients and colleagues. The candidate must be service oriented by nature.
The candidate must have a good leadership skill, confidence and inner drive to remain progressive, they must have a good appetite to learn and explore new things.
Should have a flair for searching, investigating, exploring new ways to look for right candidates.
Should be able to work independently.
As this is a remote working – the applicant must have proper work from home (WFH) infrastructure –
A dedicated quite work place where you can work without distraction.
Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connectivity.
Computer with decent configuration and necessary licensed software.
Computer must have audio and video in working condition.
Power back up for seamless working.
Smart phone; we will provide the SIM card (Phone number).
Selection Process
1st Video Round To evaluate analytical skills, general awareness, communication skills.
2nd Video Round – To evaluate your interest, learnability, and commitment.
Final Round (In-Person) Cultural fitment, addressing queries.
