Crypto Golang Team Lead (exchange exp / remote)

Crypto exchange experience is a must
Mandarin is a must
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 5 years of experience in Golang development; candidates with more than 8 years of software development experience are preferred.

Solid foundational knowledge of Golang, a deep understanding of Golang design principles, and extensive practical experience with Golang projects.

Proficient in at least one relational database with optimization skills; familiarity with technologies such as Redis, ElasticSearch, and Kafka is a plus.

In-depth understanding of microservices architecture; experience in service governance within microservices architecture is preferred.

Proficient in container technologies such as Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker is preferred.

Some knowledge of AWS public cloud services.

Chinese version: * 本科及以上学历,拥有5年以上Golang开发经验,具有8年以上软件开发经验者优先;

扎实的Golang基础知识,深入理解Golang设计理念,丰富的Golang项目实践经验;

精通至少一种关系型数据库并具备调优技能,熟悉Redis、ElasticSearch、Kafka等技术;

对微服务架构有深入理解,具有微服务架构服务治理经验者优先;

熟练使用K8s、Docker等容器技术者优先;

对AWS公有云服务有一定了解
