Fulltimeforce keeps growing and we are now looking for a Sales Agent to be part of our team.
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in sales (+1 years)
– Proven experience in executing and closing sales effectively.
– Advanced English proficiency (capable of making calls to U.S.-based clients)
– Previous experience in cold calling.
– Desirable experience: Previous experience selling similar products, specifically outsourcing services for businesses, and familiarity with platforms like Upwork.
What you are going to do:
– Recognize and identify effective sales channels for Fulltimeforce services.
– Make cold calls to potential clients in the U.S. to generate leads and sales opportunities. Conduct follow-up to build rapport and further the sales process.
– Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
– Organize and structure the sales area for consistent and systematic lead generation.
– Actively seek and identify new business opportunities with clients, ensuring a proactive approach to sales.
– Propose and evaluate new platforms or tools to enhance the sales strategy.
