Novakid is an English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK and other countries). We are an advanced IT company of 550+ professionals.
We are looking for the sales manager with knowledge of Hebrew at the advanced (or bi-lingual) level.
Requirements:
Higher education is desirable
Knowledge of English (at least B2)
Knowledge of Hebrew – Advanced (at least C1) or Native
Knowledge of the Russian language is welcome, but not necessary
Experience in sales from 3 years
Experience in working in a language school (educational project) is welcome
Organizational skills
Ability to work with a lot of information

Duties
Sell online courses of English for the children 4 -12 years old
Communicate with customers who passed the trial lesson, and “bring” customers to the Payment (whatsapp, email and phone). Record clients for a trial session, assign the day and time of the trial session.
Work with objections, know the “pains” of the target audience
Inform customers about promotions and discounts
Lead the client’s history in CRM

Продажа онлайн-курсов по английскому языку для детей 4 -12 лет
Общение с клиентами, прошедшими бесплатный пробный урок, и доведение клиентов до оплаты (whatsapp, email и телефон). Запись клиентов на пробное занятие, назначение дня и времени пробного занятия.
Работа с возражениями, знание «болей» целевой аудитории
Информирование клиентов об акциях и скидках
Ведение истории клиента в CRM

NovaKid is a young and dynamic project born in 2017.
It’s a unique platform for children to learn English through an interactive online platform with native English speaking teachers from the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Philippines and other countries. Our rapidly growing team consists of 150 energetic and passionate team members as well as 1000+ teachers. Novakid is now teaching English to nearly 20000+ students from 30+ countries worldwide. We are constantly growing by entering new markets and offering our services to more and more students. In 2018, we grew tenfold and we target to keep the growth of our project 8-10 times.
The curriculum was developed for children from 4 to 12, all lessons are held online at a time convenient for our customers. Our program is built in accordance with the European Standards (CEFR).
The main goal of our platform is to create an environment for children to learn English intuitively as if it was their native language. We do it by encouraging children to communicate in English. To accomplish this goal we continuously strive to advance and develop new technologies, improve our teaching materials, and carefully select teachers who are experienced in working with children. During the lessons, teachers use different approaches to engage the student in the learning process, such as visual aids, TPR physical response techniques, and also interactive and collaborative learning games.
Apart from that, we provide a virtual classroom with interactive features, optimized for teaching children in a remote fashion. NovaKid works straight from your browser – no need to install any additional programs or applications. All necessary materials are provided along with the NovaKid learning platform. Lessons are individual, all the teachers English-speaking.
We cover Russia, Poland, and Turkey regions, are operating in Germany, Spain, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, Italy, Czech Republic, Indonesia, etc.
