Job Title: HR Executive Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Executive Assistant to join our team.
The HR Executive Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support across various departments, assist in creating and implementing training and onboarding processes, and contribute to the organization’s operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a tech-oriented, problem-solving individual who is adaptable to business needs and has strong English communication skills. Experience with training software like Trainual and working with AI tools is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to multiple departments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Assist in creating, documenting, and implementing training and onboarding processes.
Utilize training software, such as Trainual, to develop and manage training materials and track employee progress.
Train employees on company policies, procedures, and processes as needed.
Support the HR department with employee onboarding, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.
Research and integrate tech-based solutions, including AI tools, to enhance workflow efficiency and training programs.
Collaborate on urgent projects, adapting quickly to shifting business priorities.
Proactively identify problems and recommend solutions using critical thinking skills.
Ensure clear and professional communication across departments and with external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee or company information.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
Familiarity with training software such as Trainual is a significant advantage.
Experience creating training and onboarding processes is highly preferred.
Strong tech orientation, with experience working with AI tools beyond ChatGPT being a huge plus.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and urgent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Highly adaptable and eager to learn new tools and systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
