Key Responsibilities

Create and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their goals and needs.

Develop strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth within existing client portfolios.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and client projects.

Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.

Monitor account performance, providing regular reports and initiating discussions around value enhancement.

Proactively address any challenges or concerns clients may face, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to offer strategic insights to clients.

Participate in meetings and presentations to share updates, strategies, and success stories.

Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork to achieve common goals.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related role.

Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.

Proficient in project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.

Strong analytical skills to assess client performance data.

Proficiency in the German language is considered an advantage.
