Responsibilities
Engage with American Express cardholders through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat) to address their questions and concerns.
Provide accurate information regarding account details, transactions, and services, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, following company protocols.
Document customer interactions accurately in the customer management system for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge about American Express products and services.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve customer service delivery.
Requirements
No prior experience in customer service is required; however, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
A friendly and patient demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection for remote work.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Dedication to providing excellent customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
