About the Role
We’re looking for a tech-savvy Digital Implementation Specialist who loves turning complex systems into seamless experiences. As our Virtual Web Content and Automation Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind creating engaging web content and sophisticated automation systems that deliver value to our users.
What You’ll Do
– Craft and optimize engaging web pages across multiple platforms (Teachable, Thinkific, Wix)
– Transform basic content into visually appealing, user-friendly layouts
– Ensure brand consistency through meticulous attention to design standards
– Implement and maintain cohesive styling across all digital properties
Automations
– Design and implement email automation workflows in ConvertKit
– Create dynamic user journeys through strategic email sequences
– Conduct thorough testing to ensure flawless automation performance
– Monitor and optimize automation effectiveness
Quality Testing
– Lead quality assurance efforts across all digital implementations (Teachable, Thinkific, ConvertKit)
– Maintain detailed documentation of processes and improvements
– Contribute to evolving our best practices through SOP updates and creation
– Provide strategic input on process improvements
