Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Multinational Companies, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
Additional Requirements
Age at least 18 years
A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role
Fluency in English with strong communication and persuasion skills
A high-quality PC or a Laptop, noise-cancelling headset and a reliable, high-speed internet connection
Availability to work during U.S. hours with a committed and punctual approach
A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and stay motivated
Responsibilities & Context
About the Role: We are looking for dynamic, goal-oriented Tele Sales Specialists to join our remote team. If you have a passion for sales, at least six months of experience in a customer-facing role, and thrive in a high-energy, results-driven environment, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers with a focus on driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service
Communicate product features and benefits clearly, aiming to close sales on each call
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and maximize potential
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes
