Production Operator

– Job Summary:
1. Required Qualifications: Completion of secondary school education (12 years) followed by a relevant vocational training program certificate.
2. Required Knowledge and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of operator experience in the oil and gas sector.
3. Required Skills: Well-developed operational expertise for complex troubleshooting, competency assurance program requirement, effective communication skills in English, advanced technical and computer skills, and strong safety awareness.
4. Job Purpose: The role is to provide support to the Brownfields team in the preparation and execution of isolation and associated zero energy demonstration, as well as support the Offshore Start-up team in preparation for RFSU by participating in all aspects of startup readiness.
5. Job Responsibilities: The role involves operating field equipment, performing remote wellhead visits, monitoring operating parameters, applying operational expertise for the resolution of production/process problems, preparing equipment for maintenance/project tie-in activities, supporting commissioning and startup teams, responding to emergencies or major incidents, ensuring shift relief personnel are fully briefed, applying permit to work requirements, ensuring personnel and job safety, and supporting well maintenance and operations.
6. Preferred Nationalities for Candidates: Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Nepal.
