RESPONSIBILITIES
● Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with company goals, focusing on brand awareness, user acquisition, and player retention.
● Build, manage, and mentor a remote team of talented marketing professionals.
● Analyze market trends, user data, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve measurable results.
● Strengthen our brand identity across digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
● Establish partnerships with influencers, content creators, and other gaming platforms to expand reach.
● Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
● Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
● Foster a strong relationship with our gaming community by engaging with players and leveraging feedback.

REQUIREMENTS
● Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the gaming industry or a related field.
● Strong leadership and team management skills
● Expertise in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
● Demonstrated success in user acquisition, retention, and growth campaigns.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Ability to work in the European time zone.
