Role: Sales and Lead Generation (Full time)

Qualifications:
– End-to-end process of Sales from lead generation to closing a sale
– HubSpot experience is a must
– Experience in lead generation and making 150-250 cold calls per day
– Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
– Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
– Generate leads using CRMs, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, Salesforce, HubSpot and any other CRMs
– Prospect, cold call, and generate leads to promote and sell our services
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating target markets and achieving sales goals
– Follow up with leads and prospects promptly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline
Must Have
– Graveyard Shift / Night Shift (at least 2 years of graveyard experience is a must)
– Back-up Power/Internet in case of outage
– Comfortable using time doctor
Requirements:
– Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
– Highly motivated and organized
– Fluent in English – excellent written and verbal communication
– Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
– High-quality noise-canceling headset
– High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
– High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
– A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
