The Role
What You’ll Do
Invoice & Payment Management

Track and manage incoming payments, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.

Maintain accurate financial records in the Epic system to support seamless bookkeeping operations.

Binder & Documentation Tracking

Verify and collect required binders and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Data Entry & System Updates

Accurately input financial transactions and client records into Epic, enabling smooth accounting follow-ups and reporting.

Accounts Receivable Coordination

Collaborate with the bookkeeping and accounting teams to ensure timely collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Process Consistency

Maintain a steady, structured workflow with a high level of accuracy, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and consistently.

Ideal Profile
What You Bring
Experience & Expertise

A solid background in bookkeeping, accounting, or accounts receivable is essential.

Prior experience with Epic is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.

Familiarity with financial systems and tools for accurate record-keeping.

Communication Excellence

Strong written and verbal English skills for professional client correspondence and documentation.

Work Ethic

Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks while maintaining precision and efficiency.
