We are seeking a Finance & Sales Development Specialist to manage both our internal financial operations and external sales development initiatives. This dual-role position is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency while driving business growth through qualified lead generation. The role supports our mission of seamless utility setup services by ensuring smooth internal processes and expanding our customer base.
The Impact you’ll make
Financial Operations
Process payroll for the organization
Manage bookkeeping responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records
Sales Development
Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads from provided lists
Identify potential customers’ utility setup needs
Convert qualified leads into service users
Customer Service
Handle inbound phone calls from potential customers
Assist with utility service setup inquiries
Provide information about available service packages
Administrative Support
Coordinate with utility service providers
Maintain accurate customer records
Support general administrative tasks as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing or bookkeeping
Proven track record in sales development or lead qualification
Strong phone communication skills with native-level English proficiency
Experience with US business operations and utility services
Proficiency in basic accounting and financial software
WFH Set-Up:
Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection

Work Setup:

Monday to Friday, working within US business hours (timezone to be determined by the client)
