Responsibilities & Context
Strategic Brand Leadership & Marketing:
Develop and execute global brand strategies aligned with the company’s vision, purpose, and values.
Define brand positioning, pillars, and value propositions for private-label and in-house products, ensuring differentiation in competitive markets.
Optimize procurement of marketing, advertising, and editorial services (e.g., creative media, market research, video production, ad tech solutions) to drive cost-effectiveness and innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work under the direct guidance of the CEO, CTO, Project Manager, and Product Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Design teams to create cohesive brand experiences across multiple touch points.
Partner with external agencies, media firms, and technology providers to develop high-impact campaigns and branded assets.
Annual Brand Planning & Go-to-Market Execution:
Lead the creation of Monthly Marketing Plans, Annual Brand Plans, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, and integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches and updates.
Manage packaging development, rollout, and activation plans to drive growth across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
Oversee RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations with external vendors to ensure optimal pricing and service quality.
Digital-First Brand Building & Performance Optimization:
Utilize SEO, social media, content marketing, and emerging digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Optimize digital ad spend using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Hub-spot to track ROI and improve conversion rates.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand expansion.
Brand Governance & Continuous Improvement:
Establish and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and tool-kits for global consistency.
Monitor brand health metrics, campaign performance, and procurement efficiencies to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Drive transformational brand-building initiatives that integrate innovative procurement strategies and marketing insights.
Demand Activation & Stakeholder Enablement:
Equip sales and demand generation teams with branded content, tools, and strategic guidance to maximize campaign impact.
Develop data-driven marketing proposals for clients and leadership, ensuring measurable business value.
Regularly report on campaign performance, cost savings, and impact analysis.
