We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced QA Specialist supervisor to join the global jewelry company. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the production of diamonds to ensure that they meet the highest quality standards. The position is remote and based in Thailand, with remote working.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee all quality control activities for the production of diamonds, platinum, and other gemstones.
– Develop and implement quality control procedures.
– Train and supervise quality control inspectors.
– Conduct audits of suppliers and subcontractors.
– Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards.
– Investigate and resolve quality control issues.
– Prepare and maintain quality control documentation.
– Communicate quality control issues to management.
– Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in quality control, engineering, or a related field
– 3-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the jewelry industry
– Experience in supervising quality control inspectors
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Fluency in English.
