Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building, and executing sales strategies to acquire and retain enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions to businesses. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Maintain a deep understanding of our cloud-based software solutions and their benefits.
Track and report sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market trends.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure seamless handover to the customer success team. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Need to work in US EST Timings
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based software.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing enterprise deals.
Strong understanding of cloud technology and enterprise software sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
