Tasks
We are looking for a full-stack developer software for to join our cutting-edge development team as it grows. We want someone comfortable asking, “Why?” The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker who understands industry best practices and has experience with multiple coding languages. They are a team player possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills and can communicate the logic behind technical decisions to non-tech stakeholders. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and can “take the wheel” when necessary.
Requirements
Analyze user requirements
Create innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions for our clients and customer base
Work closely with the project team, other developers, and systems analysts to execute projects
Write and test code to ensure compatibility and stability: refine and rewrite as necessary
Create clear technical specifications
Development of technical documentation
Expand existing software to meet the changing needs of our key demographics
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
Excellent coding skills in the following languages and frameworks PHP, CSS, Laravel, flutter, MySQL
Excellent UI skills
Working with Servers
Excellent communication skills
Critical thinking skills
Problem-solving skills
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Project management skills
Attention to detail
Good with GitHub
