Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, Master’s degree in Accounting, or MBA

CPA certification

Minimum 3-4 years of solid accounting experience

Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP or Oracle)

Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking

Thorough knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities

Additional certifications like CMA, CIA, or CISA are preferred

Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:

Financial statement preparation

Tax planning and compliance

Audit preparation

Cost accounting

Internal controls

Regulatory compliance

Advanced Excel

Risk assessment

What to expect…
Schedule:

Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.

Compensation:

Rate starts at $5 per hour

Payment is made via Deel

Equipment:

Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:

Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

Back-up computer and internet connection

Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
