What does the job involve
Take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of sellers, becoming their go-to partner for success.
Drive revenue growth by upselling solutions such as: Anka Shipping, Anka Pay, and Anka Marketplace.
Provide timely and high-quality responses to seller inquiries, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Lead bi-weekly webinars to engage and educate sellers.
Qualifications
5+ years proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager for high value customers.
Familiarity with working with a CRM (Intercom, salesforce, etc).
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken in English and French).
Strong knowledge of working with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Data driven and able to manipulate and translate data to guide decision making.
You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably with experience in a startup.
You are ready to roll up your sleeves and take initiatives.
