Watajis is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our operations remotely. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks independent
Position Details: Part-time position (20 hours per week) Fully remote work Flexible working hours (negotiable) Must have legal right to work in Malta Key Responsibilities: Financial Administration: Prepare and organize invoices and documents for accountants Maintain regular communication with accounting firm Track monthly payments and maintain payment schedules Create and update financial tracking documents Contract Management: Prepare contracts using legal templates Update contract details (names, amounts, periods) Monitor contract deadlines and renewals Administrative Support: Handle administrative paperwork and documentation Follow up with various administrative bodies Manage claims and administrative requests Maintain organized documentation systems Required Qualifications: Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken) Prior experience in administrative role Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Ability to work independently and remotely Must have legal authorization to work in Malta Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Basic accounting knowledge Experience with contract management Previous remote work experience Understanding of administrative procedures Working Hours: 20 hours per week Flexible schedule (to be discussed) Must maintain some overlap with European business hours Employment Type: Part-time Remote…
