Job Description:
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Proactively source, identify potential players who will thrive in roles across the different line of business.
Communicate extensively with candidates over a variety of channels, explaining open positions to them and continuously assessing whether they can add value.
Participate in Recruiting Job fairs or special activities to pre-screen potential candidates.
Participate in weekly team meetings and strategy sessions, bringing new and innovative ideas to the team.
Temporary role 3 Months.
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE!
Previous experience in outbound projects in sales is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas effectively; excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
English level Advanced B2+
Proficient in office software packages. Required.
Schedule availability is required 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mon – Fri/ Sat 10:00AM to 3:00PM, including occasional support during weekends.
Power backup and reliable internet connection is required.
