RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies

Lead the planning, execution, and management of both online and offline marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Establish and implement a comprehensive customer relationship management system to improve customer retention and optimize customer experience

Sales Strategy Planning and Execution

Design and oversee the implementation of sales strategies to support business goals and revenue targets. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts

Competitive Analysis

Conduct thorough research on competitor activities, gathering and analyzing data to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy development and execution, or at least 5 years in sales within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and generate actionable insights

Proficiency in developing and implementing CRM strategies

Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific marketing and sales practices

Licensed pharmacist, with in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
