We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant specialized in Human Resources to join our team for a US-based company. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support to the HR department by assisting with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, record management, and other administrative tasks. This role demands a high level of organization, confidentiality, and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
Manage employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
Maintain HR-related databases and generate reports as needed.
Provide administrative support to HR initiatives, including employee engagement and performance evaluations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR practices and legal requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
