For a Performance Marketing Creative Strategist to join our team and elevate our e-commerce product (Bioma Health) to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and increase conversions.
You will collaborate closely with our marketing, design, creative teams to create compelling paid ad campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Get ready to
Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals
Oversee the visual brand execution to maintain consistency and appeal across all marketing materials
Write comprehensive briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, actors, and other creative professionals
Collaborate closely with project managers and the marketing team, including designers and performance specialists, to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Analyze ad testing data and make strategic decisions to optimize performance
Conduct thorough analyses of competitors’ ads to stay ahead in the market
Constantly seek out new ideas and market trends to keep our strategies fresh and effective
Gather and interpret insights about target groups to inform creative direction
Develop compelling copy, including headlines, call-to-actions, and short posts oriented towards sales and other KPIs
We expect you to
Have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Performance Creative, Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Have proven experience in working with e-commerce products
Have experience in creating performance marketing campaigns in USA market
Be 100% performance-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable results
Have the ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages, and present them in a visually compelling way
Possess strong common sense and excellent English and Lithuanian language skills
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000-4500 EUR/month.
Location
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
