Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Inside Sales Specialist/Sales Development Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in virtual client engagement and closing deals remotely. As the Remote Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll primarily connect with prospective clients via video conferencing tools like Zoom or Google Meet, building relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sales. The role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to manage a busy schedule using Google Calendar.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular video meetings with prospective clients, establishing rapport and delivering engaging presentations to close deals.

Manage and update customer interactions and sales activities using a CRM system, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date.

Follow up with clients promptly to maintain momentum and build lasting client relationships.

Coordinate and manage schedules via Google Calendar to ensure availability for client meetings.

Effectively communicate in English, demonstrating professionalism and clarity during all video conferences.

Maintain a dedicated, professional work setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection to ensure quality video interactions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an inside sales role, preferably remote.

Demonstrated experience closing sales in a virtual environment.

Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively engage clients on video.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and Google Calendar.

Ability to work 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Standard Time to accommodate Canadian client schedules.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to following up with clients and driving sales independently.
