Key Responsibilities:
Create and edit high-quality video content across multiple platforms and formats
Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging storytelling through video

Participate in monthly edit reviews and quarterly performance evaluations
Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions to client projects
Adapt and implement feedback constructively
Support social media and paid media content creation
Requirements:
Proven track record in professional video editing
Strong understanding of short-form video ads
Experience in marketing and ecommerce content creation
Knowledge of paid media landscape and best practices
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
