The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, strategic planning, and risk management, with the ability to lead a dynamic accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organization is protected against financial uncertainties.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making at all levels of the organization.
