We are currently recruiting for a Support Technician to join our clients’ team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective first-level support for ICT services.
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, applications, and mobile technologies
Highly computer literate and experience with Windows and Citrix are essential
An understanding of LAN/WAN network servers and Database environments
Ability to deal promptly with customer queries and requests and take responsibility for meeting customer needs within the agreed timescale
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Complaint handing and listening skills developed to a very high degree
You will be given all the equipment needed however you will need to have the below technology requirements.
Telephone landline.
Internet connection, with an internet speed of 10Mbps or higher
Suitable, uninterrupted workspace with comfortable desk and chair
