Role: EDI Consultant
Start: March & April 50%, scaling up to 100% from May (sooner start and / or full time start may be considered)
End: 31st Dec, 2025 (+ extensions, long term role – could be permanent)
Time: ~9 – 17:00 CET (40 hours per week)
Location: 100% REMOTE
This customer is looking for an independent worker, once it is proven you deliver the work they leave you to your “own devices”.
Client has 10 EDI VANS / EDI providers and is not great with documentation. You need to be able to retro-engineer (look at code , ABAP code , mapping, ask why was it implemented ).
Some platforms used: Seeburger , TrueCommerce, CGI in Sweden, Thesi in Italy, DX in Germany and UK, they do standard EDIFACTS.
Client is a medical device provider and is working with public sector PEPPOL format required (EU governmental invoicing format in XML file)
SAP knowledge useful particularly SD part- demand chain side / inbound order / order response / despatch advice and invoice)
Some days full of days / some days quiet –
Two parts to work: day to day issues via ticketing system and occasional new project work received via email communication
