As a Subrogation Claims Representative, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and renters to resolve outstanding damage claims. Unlike traditional collections, where you face endless unanswered calls, here, you’ll find that every call counts. Our team members stay engaged and driven by the meaningful interactions they have daily.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims
Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner
Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
Collaborate with other team members
Meet and exceed collection targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
1+ years of relevant collections experience
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
Computer savvy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter

This is a REMOTE position, must have a secure and distraction free environment.
Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
