Title: EDI Developer
Location: Fully Remote (within India)
Shift Timing: Should be available until 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM CST
Description
We are seeking an experienced EDI Developer to join our team in a fully remote capacity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM Sterling B2Bi Integrator (EDI) and Eliassen (Lightwell) Framework products.
You will be responsible for implementing customer-driven customizations and managing customer/trading partner relationships directly.

Technical Requirements:
5-7+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi Integrator (EDI) and Eliassen (Lightwell) Framework products.
Strong experience in implementing custom EDI solutions as per customer/trading partner specifications.
Proven track record of managing customer/trading partner relationships directly, with an understanding of their unique business requirements.
Knowledge of CSV, XML, EDI (ASC), and SQL Server.
Experience with Jira for project tracking and issue management.
Preferred Skills:
While knowledge of EDI integration with other systems is not a necessity, an understanding of how EDI interacts with broader enterprise systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client requirements.
Work Environment:
Fully remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in India.
Must be available during CST hours (until 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM CST) for daily stand-ups and customer communications.
