About the job
As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in helping customers in the marine industry find the right solutions from our comprehensive product and service portfolio. You will manage your own customer portfolio, drive digital and analysis-based sales, and collaborate closely with our Nordic marine sales team, key account managers, and technical support experts.
Responsibilities
With your ability to understand the customers and their specific needs, you will:

Nurture and grow your customer portfolio using digital tools and data-driven insights.

Develop tailored quotes that highlight our unique solutions and customer benefits.

Support customers throughout the evaluation and RFQ process, working with technical experts.

Actively use digital tools, including CRM, to analyze and understand market insights and execute the sales plan.

Participate in the improvement of the digital sales process to create better customer value and sales effectiveness.

Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Products and services.

You will work in a dynamic, international environment with close collaboration with the sales and order department.
What we are looking for
You are commercially driven, curious about technology, and enjoy solving challenges for customers. Being confident working independently, you also thrive in team-based collaboration. You bring:

A commercial mindset with good analytical and digital skills.

A proactive, solution oriented approach and excellent communication skills.

Experience in technical sales, customer service or similar functions.(preferred).

Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language.
