Primary Responsibilities:
Facilitate the delivery process working closely with product owners and delivery teams
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and Agile/Scrum methodology; Track project milestones and deliverables
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
Assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with project management software
2+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum Project methodology
2+ years of experience in personnel management (coaching and leading teams)
Preferred Qualifications:
Related Professional Certification i.e. PMP, CSM, ACP or similar
Specialty Pharmacy experience
Customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Cloud/SaaS experience

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
