About the Role:
Are you fluent in German and looking for an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career? We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a great role for juniors who want to gain experience in customer service, with the flexibility of hybrid/remote work.
What You’ll Do:

Help customers by answering their questions via phone, email, and chat in German.

Give clear and friendly support about products and services.

Solve customer problems or pass them to the right team when needed.

Keep records of your interactions with customers.

Work together with your teammates to make the customer experience better.

What We’re Looking For:

German fluency (spoken and written) is required.

Basic English skills for team communication.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Eager to learn and comfortable using computers and customer service tools.

Able to work flexible hours, including some weekends (rotational shifts).

Must live in Bulgaria.
