Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
3+ years proven experience managing successful PPC campaigns (Google Ads primarily).
Strong analytical skills and experience working with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with PPC bid management, optimization strategies, and keyword research tools.
Preferred (Highly Desirable):
Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) or other social media ad platforms.
Previous experience in performance marketing for affiliate, travel, finance, or comparison websites.
Google Ads certifications.
Familiarity with PPC automation and advanced bidding strategies (Target CPA, ROAS).
Experience managing PPC for multiple international markets or languages.
This Role is NOT:
Purely administrative or reporting-only.
General digital marketing without PPC specialization.
A passive or low-paced role; you’ll be actively optimizing and improving campaigns daily.
Responsibilities & Context
This role is for an experienced, skilled PPC Specialist to join our expert Australian digital marketing team. You’ll primarily manage and optimize Google Ads but will also have the opportunity to expand into Meta and other social media advertising channels.
You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and improving high-performing PPC campaigns, optimizing ROAS, and managing budgets effectively. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and passionate about paid advertising.
You will work with large accounts – high budgets and global reach.
Job Responsibilities:
Search PPC Management (Primary)
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Conduct keyword research, bid management, and budget optimization to achieve KPIs.
Write compelling ad copy and manage A/B testing of ads and landing pages.
Monitor and report on PPC campaign performance, clearly identifying areas for improvement.
Social Ads Management (Secondary)
Set up and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other social platforms.
Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and ad creatives optimization.
Provide performance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Analysis & Reporting
Regularly analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
Prepare clear and actionable weekly and monthly performance reports.
Continuous Optimization & Testing
Continuously identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and reducing cost per acquisition.
Proactively propose and implement new strategies and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
