1. AI-Powered Workflow Automation
Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows using tools like Monday.com, Gumloop/n8n, Make, Zapier, UiPath, and other RPA platforms.
Develop/implement Python scripts for data processing, workflow automation, and AI model integration.
Optimize business operations through intelligent decision-making algorithms.
2. System Integration & Process Optimization
Automate workflows in Monday.com, Visio, Power BI, Google Suite, and other relevant enterprise tools.
Develop and maintain custom automation solutions integrating APIs and third-party services.
Work with structured and unstructured data to automate decision-making processes.
3. AI & Machine Learning Implementation
Utilize AI/ML models to enhance automation and business intelligence.
Develop and fine-tune predictive analytics and visualization solutions for process optimization and market analysis.
Integrate natural language processing (NLP) and AI chatbots into automation workflows where applicable.
4. Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring
Implement error-handling mechanisms and monitoring tools for automation processes.
Conduct regular performance analysis to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Maintain documentation and provide training for stakeholders on automated workflows.
Additional Responsibilities:
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with development teams, ensuring timely resolution and validation.
Framework Design: Architect and enhance test automation frameworks to support functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web, mobile, and/or API-based applications.
Performance Testing: Contribute to performance and load testing initiatives using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling (as applicable).
Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in testing processes, tools, and workflows, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on quality goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in AI-driven workflow automation and process optimization.
Strong knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, and AI model integration.
Experience with workflow automation tools (Monday.com, Gumloop, Make, Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate, etc.).
Proficiency in REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party service integrations.
GIS knowledge, especially open source like QGIS, is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Hands-on experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud,) and AI frameworks.
