We are looking for a Sleep-Trained, CPAP-Familiar Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is essential in assessing CPAP download data, counseling patients on compliance concerns, and adjusting CPAP settings based on a provider-approved protocol.
In addition to patient support, the RN will assist with scheduling follow-ups, verifying patient information, and handling administrative tasks. If you have experience in sleep medicine, CPAP therapy, and patient counseling, this is the perfect opportunity to apply your skills in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
CPAP Data Assessment & Patient Counseling:
Review and analyze CPAP download data for compliance and performance.
Reach out to patients to discuss compliance issues, address concerns, and provide guidance.
Adjust CPAP devices as needed based on a provider-approved protocol.
Patient Follow-Up & Scheduling:
Verify and schedule follow-up visits as necessary.
Ensure patients receive timely check-ins to improve adherence and treatment outcomes.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and CPAP adjustments.
Assist with other administrative duties related to patient care and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience & Skills:
Active RN license with experience in sleep medicine and CPAP therapy.
Strong understanding of CPAP compliance and troubleshooting.
Ability to counsel patients with empathy and professionalism.
Comfortable working with remote patient monitoring systems.
Personal Attributes:
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information in a simple, supportive manner.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to track patient data accurately.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
