Role Overview:
As a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will assist clients with any technical challenges related to their HR software. From resolving login issues to troubleshooting functionality, youll play a key role in ensuring clients have a seamless experience with the software.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Provide assistance via phone and email, solving technical problems related to the HR software (e.g., login or functionality issues).
Issue Resolution: Diagnose technical problems, offer practical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues.
Documentation: Record customer interactions and contribute to knowledge sharing for improved service delivery.
Client Satisfaction: Provide timely, friendly, and efficient solutions to keep customers happy and engaged.
Requirements:
Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher) excellent communication skills are essential.
Technical support experience is a plus, particularly in software or HR services, though not a must.
Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and is comfortable managing tasks independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
