Oversee the development of scalable, robust, and high-quality software products and solutions. Manage the engineering organization, nurturing talent, and fostering professional growth. Encourage experimentation and the adoption of best practices to drive innovation. Efficiently manage engineering resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Establish processes and methodologies that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and the delivery of high-quality solutions. Requirements 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years of experience in leading teams. Strong plus if you have experience with Golang MS/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields with strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures Experience putting structures into place – e.g. running sprints Programming experience and understanding of modern technology including: (ReactJS/React Native, NodeJS, Kubernetes, GCP, MongoDB, Docker) Experience managing cloud operations for reliability, scalability, and security in AWS Strong sense of responsibility; driving initiatives from inception to completion Show more Show less
