The Serious Injury Fee Earner will be responsible for:​

Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued between £150,000 and £5 million.​

Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.​

Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.​

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.​

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm’s case management system.​

Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.​

Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.​

Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice.

The Serious Injury Fee Earner should be:​

A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in handling serious injury matters.​

Proficient in managing high-value, complex claimant cases.​

Experienced in working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.​

Able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes.​

Willing to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration and meetings.
