Job Description
The Administrative Assistant preforms front-office duties and helps manage the daily workflow in the healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and assist with in processing (PCS) and out-processing personnel (TDY).
File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
Collect data and prepare reports and documents.
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
Answer and manage incoming calls.
Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
Liaise with internal staff at all levels, while maintaining confidentiality.
Track and report facility and environmental issues.
Manages office inventory and equipment by performing consistent stock checks, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders for supplies.
Schedules maintenance for equipment service and repairs as needed.
Actively participates in day-to-day office activities, including a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve procedural processes, obtain approvals, and remain abreast of new developments and policy requirements.
Actively participates in Mass Casualty exercises and events.
Performance of other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience Required:
3 years’ experience providing administrative support.
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software.
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
Education Required:
Obtain provided American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Proficiency in English both in reading and writing.
Physical Requirements:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
May require bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15 lbs.
Other Special Qualifications:
On call requirements as part of a rotation if required.
Must be able to read, write and speak English to effectively communicate.
This position is unaccompanied.
Ability to obtain a base security clearance is required.
Must be able to relocate to Qatar for the duration of the contract.
A valid passport in Country of Record is required and must be in your possession prior to relocation. You must maintain a current passport during your stay in Qatar.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
