In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, including understanding client needs, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting them to clients. Your expertise will play a critical role in establishing strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across different industries

Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies

Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and cultural fit

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs

Provide expert guidance to clients on recruitment trends and best practices

Ensure timely communication and updates to candidates regarding their application status

Document all recruitment activities accurately for reporting purposes

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, with a successful track record of placements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and positions

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

Proficiency in various online sourcing platforms and networking techniques
