The Role
What You’ll Be Responsible For

Bank Reconciliations & Accounts Payable – Accurately track, reconcile, and process financial transactions.

Property Accounting – Maintain financial records related to real estate assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

General Ledger Management – Keep financial records up-to-date and properly categorized.

Ad Hoc Projects – Assist with various finance-related tasks as needed.

Ideal Profile
What You Need to Succeed

QuickBooks expertise – Must be proficient in managing financial transactions.

2+ years of bookkeeping experience – Strong background in handling financial records.

Real estate accounting experience – A plus, but not required.

Strong attention to detail – Accuracy and organization are key.

Basic accounting knowledge – Ability to manage general ledger tasks and financial reporting.
