Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

Diagnose and fix issues by implementing corrective actions within prescribed guidelines

Build and modify knowledge documents related to performed work

Prepare POS (payment terminals) and transfer documents

Plan an efficient route for daily task completion

Contact customers via phone to resolve all inquiries that could be resolved remotely

Install and maintain on-site/remote POS (payment terminals) terminals

Conduct training for the clients in regard to POS (payment terminals) usage

Complete tasks within set deadlines in regard to client inquiry

Who Are We Looking For

Proven experience in customer service

B Category driving license

As an advantage, experience in the field of IT or in the maintenance of POS terminal/cash register systems

Fluent language skills in Lithuanian
