Position : Sales and Relationship Officer – Ghana – Fully Remote
is a global provider of gift card solutions, dedicated to making gifting simple, convenient, and enjoyable for our customers. We are looking for a smart and target driven Sales and Relationship Officer to join our team.
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Sales & Relationship Officer to join our team. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital sales environment, takes initiative, and knows how to drive sales while managing customers and suppliers relationships strategically and ensuring a seamless buying and selling process.
If you are a natural challenger, someone who doesn’t take “no” for an answer, and can think outside the box to find solutions and close deals, then this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Actively sell discounted gift cards on Telegram, ensuring daily and consistent sales growth.
Communicate and Negotiate smartly with suppliers to get the best deals and ensure profitable transactions.
Engage customers proactively, Handle inquiries, objections and resolve any issues effectively.
Think strategically: find new ways to improve sales, attract buyers, and maximize profits.
Manage relationships with both suppliers and customers, ensuring long-term retention.
Handle transactions efficiently, minimizing errors, delays, and refunds.
Stay updated on market trends to adjust pricing strategies and stock availability.
Own your results-drive sales with creativity, persistence, and problem-solving skills.

Skills & Requirements
Proven sales skills: experience in Telegram sales, crypto, e-commerce, or a fast-paced selling environment is a plus.
Excellent communication skills: must be able to sell, persuade, negotiate, and build trust.
Strong self-awareness & emotional intelligence-handle customers and suppliers tactfully, even in tough situations.
Proactive & assertive: a go-getter who takes initiative without waiting for instructions.
Sales challenger mindset: able to push past objections and drive conversions.
Highly intelligent & strategic: able to think fast, adapt, and execute winning sales strategies.
Creative thinker: must be able to find new ways to meet targets and attract customers.
Emotionally intelligent: able to handle customer and supplier interactions with tact.
Hard working & results-driven: must be hungry for success and committed to achieving targets.
Experience in digital sales, gift cards, crypto or fintech is a plus but not required.
