JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a highly skilled, proactive, and reliable Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our fast-growing team. If you are a problem-solver, take ownership of your work, and write clean, scalable code, we want you on our team.
This is a long-term, full-time remote position with opportunities for growth, leadership, and meaningful impact in building systems and tools that serve real businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications (front-end and back-end)
Collaborate with our team to identify needs and implement solutions
Build and maintain APIs and backend infrastructure
Write clean, secure, and scalable code following best practices
Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers when needed
Troubleshoot, test, and debug to optimize performance
Stay up to date with new technologies and propose ways to improve development processes
REQUIREMENTS:
? At least 2 years of professional experience as a developer
? Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development
? Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Laravel, Django, etc.)
? Proficient in one or more back-end languages (e.g., PHP, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
? Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
? Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
? Experience in deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel, etc.)
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
? Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
? Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time
