We are looking for highly skilled English fluency and writing coaches to join our team. This role is all about helping clients refine their spoken English and writing skills through conversation-based coaching and structured feedback—not traditional classroom-style instruction. The Role
What You’ll Do:
Lead one-on-one coaching sessions over Zoom, focusing on spoken English fluency, grammar correction, and accent refinement in a natural, conversation-based approach.
Provide real-time pronunciation, grammar, and sentence structure corrections, tracking progress over time.
Coach clients on essay writing, helping them improve clarity, structure, and overall communication skills.
Offer detailed feedback on written assignments and assist clients in revising their essays for stronger impact.
Tailor coaching sessions to each client’s unique goals, ensuring personalized learning and real-world application.
Maintain detailed records of client progress, tracking language improvements and key learning areas.
Ideal Profile
What You Bring:
Native-level English fluency with a clear American accent (experience in accent training is a plus).
Exceptional grammar, spelling, and writing skills—you have a sharp eye for detail and absolute precision in language use.
Previous experience in tutoring, coaching, editing, or ESL instruction is a strong advantage.
Engaging and motivational coaching style—able to create a comfortable and productive learning environment.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to track client progress and make targeted improvements.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
