We are seeking International Talent Acquisition Freelancers (remote work) to join our recruitment teams and manage the end-to-end hiring process for multilingual candidates. Are you a high achiever? Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the manager to determine ongoing recruitment needs
Advertise job openings on various international platforms
Source potential candidates via online channels (e.g., social media and professional networks)
Screen candidates who meet the required qualifications
Organize and conduct initial interviews
Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates
Track candidates throughout the hiring process until they are placed with the client
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing
Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives)
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
Experience recruiting for the European market
Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons)
Proficiency in English and other European languages (Dutch, German, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish)
